The 360 EHS/S Check-Up™ is a proactive, high-level risk management diagnostic, used to assess risk management, EHS & Sustainability, or internal audit department health. The Check-Up examines five primary EHS and sustainability systems, 50 practice areas, and 16 stakeholder groups.

The Initial and Core Check-Ups use a 500+ question instrument, a sample of which is included here. By responding to these sample questions, you will gain an initial understanding of your EHS/S function’s health.
